How to do it

  1. Hook a V-bar over a pull-up bar and grip both handles, palms facing each other.
  2. Hang at full stretch with your core braced.
  3. Pull up, driving your chest toward the bar and your elbows down.
  4. Squeeze at the top, then lower under control to a full hang.
