How to do it

  1. Face the anchor, grab both handles palms down, and lean back with arms extended.
  2. Keep your body in a straight line and your arms long.
  3. Sweep the handles down and back toward your hips in a wide arc.
  4. Squeeze your lats at the bottom, then return slowly to the stretch.
