How to do it

  1. Grab both handles and lean back with your body in a straight line, arms extended.
  2. Brace your core and keep your heels planted.
  3. Pull your chest toward the handles, driving your elbows back along your ribs.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades, then lower slowly to full extension.

Keep your body a rigid plank, walk your feet forward to make it harder.
