How to do it

  1. Grip both handles and lean back into a straight-arm plank facing the anchor.
  2. Brace your core and glutes to stay rigid.
  3. Pull your chest toward the anchor with one arm while extending the other out to the side.
  4. Squeeze your upper back, then return the arm to center and switch sides.

Keep your hips and shoulders square, resist the twist as one arm reaches out.
