How to do it

  1. Set the straps single-handle and grab one with the working hand, leaning back tall.
  2. Reach the free hand toward the anchor as you rotate open and lower under control.
  3. Drive the elbow down and pull yourself up, sweeping the free arm back to the strap.
  4. Finish your reps on one side, then swap hands.

Rotate through your upper back, not your hips, and keep your body in one straight line.
