How to do it

  1. Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, arms straight.
  2. Brace your core and engage your lats.
  3. Pull your straight legs up until your toes touch the bar.
  4. Lower them under control back to a hang.

Keep legs as straight as you can and drive your toes up to the bar with the abs.
