How to do it

  1. Adjust the pad to sit against the back of your head.
  2. Sit tall, brace your torso, and grip the handles.
  3. Start with your chin slightly tucked toward your chest.
  4. Push your head back into the pad by extending your neck.
  5. Pause at the back, then control your head forward to the start.
