How to do it

  1. Set the start angle and sit with your torso against the pads.
  2. Secure your legs and lock your hips in place.
  3. Grip the handles and brace your core.
  4. Rotate your upper body across to the side against the resistance.
  5. Pause, then control the twist back and repeat both directions.

The one cue that matters

Rotate from your core, keeping hips fixed. Don't yank with your arms or shoulders.

Muscles worked

The Rotary Torso Machine isolates the Core — no passengers. That makes it a clean tool for adding targeted core volume without extra fatigue.
