How to do it

  1. Grip the rings and lean back with your body in a straight line, heels on the floor.
  2. Start at full arm extension with the rings under tension.
  3. Pull your chest to the rings, driving your elbows back and turning your palms in.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades, then lower slowly to the start.

Keep your hips locked and body rigid, no sagging or piking through the row.
