How to do it

  1. Hinge over the barbell with a flat back, torso near parallel.
  2. Grip the bar overhand just outside your legs.
  3. Explode the bar up to your lower chest from a dead stop.
  4. Lower it all the way back to the floor each rep.

Reset on the floor between reps and keep your torso fixed.
