How to do it

  1. Stand perpendicular to a barbell loaded in a landmine, staggered stance.
  2. Hinge over and grip the bar sleeve with your outside hand.
  3. Row the end of the bar up toward your hip, elbow flaring slightly.
  4. Squeeze your lat, lower to a full stretch, then switch sides after your reps.

Let the bar pull your shoulder into a big stretch at the bottom each rep.
