How to do it

  1. Wedge a barbell into a landmine and stand sideways to it in a staggered stance.
  2. Hinge at the hips, brace your core, and grip the sleeve end with your outside hand.
  3. Row the bar up and back, letting your elbow flare out and up.
  4. Squeeze your lat at the top, then lower along the arc, then switch sides.

The one cue that matters

Grip right at the sleeve for that arcing path, hinge deep and keep your free hand braced on your thigh.
