How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with both heels in the foot cradles, arms flat on the floor.
  2. Lift your hips into a bridge so your body forms a straight line.
  3. Keeping hips high, curl one heel toward your butt.
  4. Extend it back out and alternate, like running with your hamstrings.

The one cue that matters

Keep your hips lifted the entire time, the second they drop, your hamstrings stop working.
