How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with both heels in the TRX foot cradles, legs extended.
  2. Lift your hips so your body forms a straight line, shoulders to heels.
  3. Drive one heel down and pull it in toward your butt, bending that knee.
  4. Extend it back out and repeat on the other leg, keeping hips high throughout.

The one cue that matters

Keep your hips lifted the whole set. Don't let them sag when you switch legs.
