Shoulder Tap

Plank meets anti-rotation. Your core hates it.

How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank with hands under shoulders and feet a little wide.
  2. Brace your core and lock your hips so they don't rock.
  3. Lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder, then set it back down.
  4. Alternate hands, staying slow and controlled.

The one cue that matters

Keep your hips dead still. If they wobble side to side, widen your feet and slow down.

Muscles worked
