How to do it

  1. Set the cable high and grab the rope with palms facing each other.
  2. Tuck your elbows tight to your sides and lean in slightly.
  3. Push the rope down and split the ends apart at the bottom.
  4. Squeeze your triceps, then let it rise back to chest height.

Pin your elbows in place. Only your forearms should move.
