How to do it

  1. Load a plate or weight onto the Rolling Thunder handle on the floor.
  2. Stand over it and grip the thick rotating sleeve with one hand.
  3. Brace your core and keep a flat back.
  4. Stand up, fighting the handle's spin with a crushing grip.
  5. Lock out tall, hold briefly, then lower under control and switch hands.

The one cue that matters

The handle rotates, so grip the moment you lift. Any slack and it spins out of your hand.

Muscles worked

The Rolling Thunder isolates the Forearms — no passengers. That makes it a clean tool for adding targeted forearms volume without extra fatigue.
