How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width and pinch the top lip of a plate in one hand.
  2. Hold it in front of you, palm facing in, knees slightly bent.
  3. Snap the plate up so it rotates away from you in the air.
  4. Catch the lip as it comes back around and reset.

Squeeze the lip hard and stay clear of others, if a catch slips just let it drop.
