How to do it

  1. Lie face down with your forehead resting on the floor.
  2. Bend your elbows and pull them in toward your ribs so your arms form a W.
  3. Lift your chest and arms slightly, squeezing your shoulder blades down and together.
  4. Hold for a beat at the top, then lower with control.

Drive your shoulder blades into your back pockets, don't shrug toward your ears.
