How to do it

  1. Lie face down with your arms extended straight overhead, thumbs up.
  2. Brace your core and keep your forehead near the floor.
  3. Lift both arms straight up off the floor as high as you can.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades down, then lower with control.

Keep your arms in line with your body and your neck relaxed, lift from the shoulder blades.
