How to do it

  1. Lie face down and prop on your forearms.
  2. Bend one knee and lift the thigh slightly off the floor.
  3. Draw slow circles with that knee from the hip.
  4. Reverse the direction, then switch sides.

Keep your hips pressed down and core tight so only the leg moves.
