How to do it

  1. Lie on your side with your legs stacked and straight.
  2. Support your head on your bottom arm.
  3. Lift your top leg up toward the ceiling.
  4. Lower slowly with control, then switch sides.

Keep the top leg straight and lead with the heel to hit the side glute.
