How to do it

  1. Stand holding the bar at your hips with a wide snatch grip.
  2. Hinge slightly, then explode through your hips and shrug.
  3. Pull the bar up and around in one motion without dropping under it.
  4. Finish with the bar locked out overhead while standing tall.

Don't dip under the bar, you ride it all the way up so keep pulling high and fast.
