How to do it

  1. Loop a mini band just above your knees and set feet shoulder-width.
  2. Push your knees out against the band to set tension.
  3. Squat down until your hips reach parallel.
  4. Drive up while keeping the knees pressed out against the band.

Don't let the band pull your knees inward, keep them tracking over your toes.
