How to do it

  1. Loop a band under both feet and hold the top of it at your shoulders, elbows high.
  2. Set your feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly out.
  3. Sit straight down into a squat, keeping your elbows up and torso vertical.
  4. Drive through your heels to stand, fighting the band tension at the top.
