How to do it

  1. Loop a mini band around your legs above the knees.
  2. Lie on your side with knees bent and feet stacked together.
  3. Open your top knee against the band, keeping feet touching.
  4. Lower slowly and repeat, then switch sides.

The one cue that matters

Keep your hips stacked and don't roll back. The band should make every rep harder, not your momentum.
