How to do it

  1. Place a mini band around your thighs and step one foot back into a lunge.
  2. Lower until both knees reach about 90 degrees.
  3. Drive up through the front leg and kick the back leg straight behind you, squeezing the glute.
  4. Return that leg into the next lunge and continue, then switch sides.

Squeeze the glute hard at the top of the kickback. Keep your core tight so you don't arch your back.
