How to do it

  1. Stand on the band with a wide stance, toes turned out, and grab it between your legs.
  2. Hinge at the hips with a flat back to load the band.
  3. Drive through your heels and extend your hips to stand tall.
  4. Squeeze your glutes at the top, then lower with control.
