How to do it

  1. Set the log on your lap or a rack and grip the neutral handles.
  2. Clean or lift the log to your front, resting it on your chest and shoulders.
  3. Dip slightly and drive the log overhead with leg drive.
  4. Lock out with the log over your head, then lower it back to your chest.

Get the log high on your chest and elbows under it before you press, or it'll drift forward.
