Add direct volume
If your arm work is a couple of lazy sets after chest and back, that is the problem. Program 10 to 16 quality sets per week each for biceps and triceps, split across two sessions.
Arms usually lag from too little direct volume, sloppy compound only training, and never progressing the isolation lifts.
Big compounds alone rarely max out your biceps and triceps, and the triceps make up about two thirds of your arm size. Hit each with 10 to 16 hard sets per week of direct work, take sets close to failure within 1 to 3 reps, and actually add reps or weight over time. Curls done with momentum and half range triceps pushdowns build very little.

The triceps are the larger muscle, so overhead extensions and close grip pressing move the needle most on arm size. Do not let curls dominate your arm work.
Use a full stretch to full squeeze, kill the swinging, and push sets to within 1 to 3 reps of failure. Then beat last week by a rep or a small load.
