Start at about 90 percent of your previous loads for a session or two; your strength is intact, so ramp back quickly.
A deload or a week off does not erase your gains, so you do not restart from zero. Come back at roughly 90 percent of your previous working weights for the first session, then climb straight back to normal within a week. You will often feel fresher and stronger than before because the rest cleared accumulated fatigue.
