How to do it

  1. Duck under the yoke and settle the pad across your upper traps.
  2. Grip the frame, brace your whole core, and stand it up tall.
  3. Take short, quick steps to keep the load from swaying.
  4. Keep your chest up and eyes forward as you walk the distance.
  5. Set it down under control on solid footing.
