How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with arms out wide and legs raised toward the ceiling.
  2. Brace your core and press your shoulders down.
  3. Lower your legs to one side under control, stopping before they touch.
  4. Sweep them back through center to the other side.

Keep both shoulders pinned to the floor and move your legs slowly.
