Hinge down, walk out to a plank, walk back.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall, then hinge and reach your hands to the floor.
  2. Walk your hands forward until your body forms a straight plank.
  3. Hold the plank briefly with a braced core.
  4. Walk your hands back to your feet and stand up.

Keep your core tight so your hips don't sag when you reach the plank position.
