How to do it

  1. Lie flat with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
  2. Lift your torso and legs at the same time.
  3. Reach your hands toward your toes to form a V shape.
  4. Lower back down with control without touching the floor.

Raise both halves together and balance on your glutes at the top. No dropping your legs.
