How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor and lean your torso back slightly.
  2. Lift your legs up so your body forms a V shape.
  3. Reach your arms forward alongside your legs and balance on your sit bones.
  4. Hold the position, keeping everything tight, for the set time.

The one cue that matters

Keep your chest up and back flat, do not let your spine round to hold the shape.

Muscles worked

The V-Sit isolates the Core — no passengers. That makes it a clean tool for adding targeted core volume without extra fatigue.
