How to do it

  1. Clip a V-bar to the high pulley and grip both handles, palms facing each other.
  2. Sit with thighs locked under the pads and arms fully extended overhead.
  3. Pull the handles down to your upper chest, driving your elbows down.
  4. Squeeze your lats, then return to full stretch with control.

Lead with your elbows and keep your chest tall, pull to your chest not your stomach.
