How to do it

  1. Lie face down with hands flat under your shoulders.
  2. Press into your hands and straighten your arms to lift your chest.
  3. Roll your shoulders back and lift your thighs off the floor.
  4. Hold the stretch through your abs and hip flexors, breathing slow.

Draw your shoulders down away from your ears, do not crunch into your low back.
