Open up a tight chest and stand taller.

Keep your chest proud and shoulders down. Ease in, don't force it.
This is a mobility move more than a muscle builder. Clasping your hands behind your back and lifting them stretches the chest, the exact tissue that shortens from desks and heavy pressing. Opening the front of your torso this way improves your position for everything from overhead work to simply standing tall, so use it between pressing sets or as a daily posture reset.
It lengthens the chest tissue that gets tight from sitting and pressing. Done regularly, it makes a proud-chest position feel natural instead of forced.
Hold a towel or strap between your hands and work them closer over time. The stretch works the same, you just start with a longer lever.
Between bench or push-up sets, after upper body sessions, or any time you have been hunched at a screen. It takes seconds and needs zero kit.
