How to do it

  1. Stand next to a wall and place one palm flat on it at shoulder height.
  2. Keep that arm straight and slowly rotate your torso away from the wall.
  3. Ease in until you feel a stretch across the front of your chest and shoulder.
  4. Hold and breathe, then switch sides.
