How to do it
- Lie on your back and press the kettlebell straight up with one arm, that side knee bent.
- Roll onto your free forearm, then push up to your hand.
- Drive through the planted foot and sweep your straight leg back into a half-kneel.
- Stand tall keeping the bell locked overhead, then reverse every step back down.
The one cue that matters
⚡
Keep your eyes on the bell and your overhead arm locked the entire time.
Muscles worked
The Turkish Get Up isolates the Shoulders — no passengers. That makes it a clean tool for adding targeted shoulders volume without extra fatigue.
