How to do it

  1. Face the anchor, hold the handles, and lean back with arms extended.
  2. Sit your hips back into a full squat.
  3. Drive up to standing and as you rise, pull your elbows back into a row.
  4. Extend the arms and lower back into the next squat.

Keep your body in a straight line through the row, elbows tucked close.
