How to do it

  1. Face away from the anchor holding the handles, or hold them at your chest for balance.
  2. Step one foot back and across behind the other into a curtsy.
  3. Lower until your front thigh is roughly parallel, both knees bent.
  4. Drive through your front heel to return to standing, then switch sides.

Use the straps for balance only. Keep your hips square to the front as you cross behind.
