How to do it

  1. Face the anchor and hold a handle in each hand, arms extended, leaning back slightly.
  2. Set your feet shoulder-width apart and sit your hips back and down.
  3. Lower below parallel, using the straps to stay balanced and upright.
  4. Drive through your heels to stand back up tall.

The one cue that matters

Sit into your heels and let the straps support balance, not pull you up. Keep your chest proud.
