How to do it

  1. Face away from the anchor, handles tucked under your armpits, and lean forward.
  2. Walk your feet back until your body is at a 45-degree angle.
  3. Step one foot back, then drive that knee forward and up toward your chest.
  4. Reset to the lean and repeat, finishing one side before switching.
