How to do it

  1. Grip both handles at your armpits and walk your feet back so you lean into the straps.
  2. Bend your knees and sink into a deep angled squat, loading your legs.
  3. Explode up and forward, driving tall through the straps as you extend.
  4. Control the return back down into the loaded coil and repeat.

The one cue that matters

Keep your core braced and body in one line, don't pike at the hips as you launch.
