How to do it

  1. Stand facing away from the anchor with one foot in the strap behind you.
  2. Lower into a split squat until the front thigh is near parallel.
  3. Pulse up and down through a few small reps near the bottom.
  4. Drive fully to standing to finish the set, then switch legs.
