How to do it

  1. Grab the handles and face away from the anchor, arms extended in front of your chest.
  2. Walk your feet back so your body leans forward into a straight line.
  3. Lower your chest between the handles with elbows tracking back at about 45 degrees.
  4. Press back out and squeeze your chest at full extension.

The one cue that matters

Keep the straps from swinging by bracing your core, steady handles mean steady reps. The lower your feet the harder it gets.
