How to do it

  1. Grab the TRX handles and lean forward with arms out in front of your chest.
  2. Set a soft bend in your elbows and brace your whole body into a plank.
  3. Open your arms wide in an arc as you lower toward the floor.
  4. Squeeze your chest to pull the handles back together.

Keep your body a straight line from head to heels. Don't let your hips sag.
