How to do it

  1. Start on hands and knees, wrists under shoulders, knees under hips.
  2. Lift your knees an inch off the ground and keep your back flat.
  3. Step your right hand and left foot forward a small, equal distance.
  4. Repeat with the left hand and right foot, crawling forward then back.

Keep hips low and level so they do not sway as you switch hands and feet.
